Getting into 1Win takes two things: an account created once, and a login that works every time after that. The sign-up form is short, but a few choices made in that first minute stick for the life of the account, so it pays to get them right. Currency is the obvious one. Quick registration uses a phone number or an email address. It is the route most Indian players take, because the OTP lands on the same phone used for UPI payments and the whole thing is done in about a minute.
- Open the form. Tap Registration in the top right corner of the site or app. A panel slides in with two tabs: Quick and Social.
- Enter a phone number or email. For a phone number, keep the +91 prefix and type the ten digits without spaces or a leading zero.
- Choose INR. The currency drop-down sometimes defaults to USD on a VPN or foreign SIM. Change it to Indian Rupee before going on.
- Set a password. Use at least eight characters with a mix of letters and numbers. This password also signs you in to the app later.
- Check the promo field. The welcome code is pre-filled when you arrive through the site button. Leave it as it is.
- Tick the 18+ box and submit. Confirm you are of legal age and accept the rules, then press Register.
- Confirm the OTP or email link. A code arrives by SMS or a link by email. Enter or click it and the account is live.

Registration Through Social Accounts
The Social tab lets a player sign up with a Google account or Telegram. One tap pulls the name and email across, so there is no password to type at this stage. The catch: the same Google or Telegram account must be used every time afterwards. If that account is lost, recovering 1Win access goes through support rather than a simple reset link. Login With Phone or Email
Type the phone number or email from registration, then the password. The eye icon in the password box shows what has been typed, which helps catch a stray capital letter.
App Login With Biometrics

Social Login
Tap the Google or Telegram icon under the login fields and approve the request in the pop-up. It only works for accounts that were opened through that same social account.
Login From a New Device
A first login from a new phone, browser or location can trigger an extra check. Expect an OTP to the registered number or a confirmation email. With 2-step verification switched on, a code is asked for every time anyway.
KYC Verification After Registration
A new account can deposit and play straight away. Verification is asked for later: before larger withdrawals, or if the security team flags something. It is a one-time check, and doing it early stops a first withdrawal from sitting in a queue. Upload files under Profile, then Verification.

Sign-Up Terms and Conditions
Four rules decide whether an account stays healthy:
- Age: account holders must be 18 or older. Underage accounts are closed and balances withheld.
- One account: one per person, household and device. Duplicates are closed.
- INR wallet: the currency chosen at sign-up is permanent. A USD account means conversion on every UPI deposit.
- Accurate details: the name on the profile has to match ID and the bank or UPI account used for payouts.

Login Problems and Fixes
Wrong Password
Check caps lock and the keyboard language first. Still wrong? Press Forgot password. A reset code goes to the phone or email on file and a new password can be saved on the spot.
OTP Not Arriving
Wait two minutes before asking for another code, because each new request cancels the last one. Check that DND is not blocking promotional SMS, that the number has no extra zero, and that the email has not landed in spam. If nothing turns up, live chat can confirm the contact details on the account.
Account Locked
Several wrong passwords in a row lock the account for about 15 minutes. A lock that stays after that is usually a security hold, and chat support can explain the reason.
App Login Error
An outdated APK is the usual suspect. Accept the update prompt, or remove the app and install the current version from the official site.
Site Blocked by ISP
Some Indian internet providers block the main address. The app keeps working because it connects differently, and support or the official Telegram channel shares working mirror links. A mirror uses the same account.
How to Close or Delete a 1Win Account
There is no delete button in the profile. Closing an account is done by writing to live chat or support email from the registered address and asking for closure.
